Joan personality, Does not like her fans

Joan and the hearts did a show here in Decatur, Illinois, USA. I was working stage security for the event, she was extremely rude to fans, refused to sign anything. When she was headed back to her bus a fan yelled, "love you Joan," her response was, "OMG not another one." I found this to be extremely rude, I think she has forgotten her roots.
